The truth is, project management is as much about people as it is about process. And that’s the part no one really teaches you—how to lead when you’re still learning yourself. 

That’s where I come in. 

What I Bring to the Table 

I’ve led highly technical, fast-paced projects for over 17 years in the Aerospace and Defense industry—a field where the stakes are high, and the learning curve is steep. I’ve also mentored and coached new project managers, helping them shift from “I hope I’m doing this right” to “I’ve got this.” 

But more importantly, I know what it’s like to learn under pressure.
To figure it out as you go.
To manage up, down, and sideways—even when the path isn’t clear. 

That’s why I created a coaching program specifically for new and emerging PMs. Together, we’ll build the practical skills, mindset, and leadership presence you need to:

I’ve built my career—and my life—by navigating ambiguity, pushing through challenges, and learning fast. From serving in the Army to earning my MBA while raising a blended family of four littles, I understand what it means to grow under pressure. And I know how to support others doing the same.
