Coaching Service Refund and Cancellation Policy

Chrysalis Consulting makes every effort to ensure that our relationship is a good fit prior to the purchase of any coaching package. There are check-ins throughout sessions to ensure you, as the Client, are getting what you need from the coaching process. That being said, the purchase of a coaching package indicates your willingness and commitment to participate in the coaching process and follow through to completion while also understanding that unforeseen events occur. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds or cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the sole discretion of Chrysalis Consulting.  

In general, the guidelines below apply for coaching refunds and cancellations:  

• The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. A refund will be issued, minus appropriate credit card or bank transfer fees. To cancel an order, send your request to Billing@chrysalisconsultingllc.net. Chrysalis Consulting is not responsible for the length of time it takes to actually receive the refund. 
• Once sessions have been scheduled with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they provide a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.  
• Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited and are not eligible to be made up.  
• If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all their scheduled sessions in the allotted timeframe, the Client can work with Coach to reschedule.
